1962 persuaded Kamel Abu Sadat, a leading scuba diving in Alexandria, the Egyptian Navy to bring the huge statue of a Ptolemaic Queen Isis in the form of the archaeological site near the Bey Citadel at a depth ranging between 6 and 8 meters. Transportation Egypt, as a result of the urgency of this pilot, who was the first to realize the importance of archaeological heritage under the sea, a request to UNESCO to study the site.
